Over the past decade, through full-time roles and consulting work, Natasha has shaped brand architecture, created content, produced major events, driven social media strategy, and built communities for everything from small businesses to global brands.

Working with larger budgets of over 6, million to smaller targeted budgets of under $30K, Natasha applies proven strategic principals to all levels of sponsorship, marketing and brand activation investment.

An eye for detail, strong customer service ethic and a flair for leadership.Natasha possess strong time management, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.

Natasha is intrinsically motivated and rather than waiting for direction, she loves taking the initiative and she’s always looking for opportunities to display her creative flair.

Angela brings over 25 years of international and national strategic sponsorship/partnership, integrated marketing, brand, media broadcast, customer experience, events and commercial experience, working with brands, agencies and property right holder side.  Angela ensures organisations gain maximum benefit from their commercial and marketing programs, partnerships, sponsorships, media broadcast, through thorough strategic analysis and management. 

Angela’s wealth of experience and expertise expands working on and with international and national events such as Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, FFA/FIFA World Cup Bid, 2006 and 2018 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne and Gold Coast, Australian Open Tennis, Netball Australia, Supercars and brands such as; American Express, Visa, Beiersdorf, Hyundai, Volkswagen, KIA, Westfield, Hollard Insurance and Australian Federal Government and NSW Government.

Vanessa brings to Nova Creative Consulting  20 years experience within sponsorship, marketing, program development and events. She has worked nationally and internationally in the UK and Asia with global brands including HSBC and UNICEF UK as well as with local not for profit organisations and government agencies. 

Significant events have included the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, China Now 2008 Olympic Arts & Business Festival, Taste of London Festival, and The Lloyds Bank National Business Awards UK. Her creativity, passion and commercial acumen have led to a number of successes developing and creating commercial assets, taking them to market and leading brand partnerships deemed ‘ground breaking’ by the media.

Amy brings to Nova Creative Consulting a broad range of sponsorship and marketing industry experience. From automotive, finance, fashion and sport through to hospitality and recruitment she has worked across a multitude of industries. From multi million dollar projects to small business start ups she is able to understand exactly what her clients need and work with them to create a sponsorship and marketing strategy that suits their business.  

While her career started in traditional marketing, she has diversified throughout her years working across sponsorship and digital marketing for one of Australia’s most iconic brands, Toyota. She then moved on to work for a fashion powerhouse as their Marketing Manager to execute their complex marketing strategy. These industries although varied in their product offering allowed her to gain experience across a range of marketing channels.

Subsequently she has devised a passion for creating omni channel marketing strategies which allows her clients to connect with their customers across a range of platforms. This breadth of knowledge across both online and offline marketing allows her to creative truly integrated campaigns that achieve results.


Paula Grant


Paula joins Nova Creative Consulting with responsibility for social media management, content creation, marketing programs and brand management. She brings 15 years of experience across strategic marketing, communications, business development and sponsorship. Paula has served in many leadership roles including Director of Marketing and a notable three years as Group Marketing Manager for top automotive brands where she led the multimillion-dollar marketing strategy and directed major sponsorship and other partnering initiatives.

Paula’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership. With qualifications in Business/Marketing and HR, Paula has a passion for digital marketing and creating campaigns that create growth opportunities for her clients. Paula also has experience in helping organisations manage their reputations both on and offline to establish leadership in their markets abroad across Asia, New Zealand and the USA. Her skills include social media and content creation, client and partner relationship management, organisational and program strategy planning and project management.

Paula is based in the Gold Coast and can also assist onsite at events in QLD if required.
